My journey to healthy hair started when I began experiencing hair loss. Now that
I think about it I was never a person that enjoyed doing my hair and always opted
for the simplest style that didn’t require me to do much, thus leading me to
wearing sew ins and eventually wigs. After I stopped wearing wigs and decided I wanted to finally start wearing my hair, I noticed the shedding and thinning. After many rounds with various doctors , we discovered that my hair loss was caused by Seborrheic Dermatitis . What a relief, we finally figured out the cause! I can recall
sitting at my desk and hair would fall out in droves. In addition, I developed a
small bald spot in the center of my scalp. I went to see my dermatologist and she informed me that it would
grow back with proper care. She also informed me that stress was adding to my
hair loss which I never considered. It was then that I was determined to grow my
hair back and make my hair a priority and I want to help you on your
journey to healthy hair too.
