We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. We may be unable to process your order if or the product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
 
 
Delivery and Shipping

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. We do not take responsibility of unforeseen delays in delivery pertaining to in climate weather, natural disasters
or any other unforeseen events or circumstances.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us at Shelia’s Girls. Once an order has been submitted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.
